Account deletion
How to delete your QuitSmokingIL account and personal data, including when you no longer have easy access to the app.
Delete from your account
Sign in, open Account & settings, and choose Delete account. Before you confirm, the app explains the action; deletion permanently removes the account and its personal journey data.
If your account is restricted
The restriction screen shows exactly two choices: submit an appeal or delete the account. Choose an appeal if you want the decision reviewed, or deletion if you want the account removed.
What remains after a restricted-account deletion?
To prevent a restricted account from being opened again without approval, an authorized administrator retains only a minimal security record: an email fingerprint, deletion time, and restriction summary. Journey, chat, payment, and password data are not retained in that record. The same email can register again only after administrator approval.
Cannot access the account?
You can email the support team with a deletion request. If possible, write from the email linked to the account, and never send a password or card details. We request only the information needed to verify the request.
